Flame the hell out of it?
No actually, I know very little about BBQ. I don't even know one. A post from an expert on how to BBQ somethun' crazy would be great.
I'll whip something up tonight then. Maybe it will give you some ideas.
Short notice though, so I'll see what I can come up with.
The sentence from my previous comment should have read "I don't even OWN one" not know. I try not to personalize inanimate objects.
All I know about BBQing is slather on the marinade with a fork while making little holes in the meat, and use tongs instead of a fork to keep the juices in.
