Err, other than the oval thingy around the man's portrait, I can't tell the difference.

Ok, my bad. The top bill is the new one. See all the red marks on it. The symbols, writing, designs all in red and yellow.
Yuck. I want my greenbacks to be green, thank you.
They are sort of rainbow colored. I got one the other day in change (yes, I was out spending money, but it was food). I'm with TTQ--if you don't like them, send them to me! Conspiracy theory--I like that!
The new ones appear sturdier to me.
