I only look at the receipts of people I know.
Sometimes, I put all of my extra money in savings and used up my checking acct funds until a nub. Anyone who sees my ATm receipt would think me destitute with $3 to my name.
Never even thought about, but I don't use atm machines anymore, I purchase stuff with my debit card and get cash back if I need some. I'm a firm believer in not carrying cash! Just my debit card from my primary checking account.. My mom is the same way.
For me....I have to look...I work in a bank...It is my obligation to make sure everything is secure with their account.
Ok, fine.....I look because I am nosey.
My best friend is on the phone and her answer is "I always look and I always look because I want to see if they have more money and then I want to be them.....if they have less, I am glad I'm me. I am never glad I am me because I have yet to see one with less."
Ok, now you know why her and I are best friends. She wanted me to tell you she loved your support and also that she will be setting up a Paypal account and will let you know the username. hee hee. Just kidding..... but she does have ugly shoes you saw them.....and could use the extra money to replace hers as well. Ok, so now you know who they belong to. Don't tell anyone, it is highly confidential and frankly I am embarrassed to say she is my best friend when wearing those shoes. I tried to drop mine off at the Salvation Army and they wouldn't take em'. They said something about they may be poor buy not that poor! Kidding again.....and my friend wanted to let you know she is now ruined from ever wearing those shoes again. She is super paranoid now when trying to wear them. And before that post wore them constantly and now only wears them in the privacy of her own home....in the dark, I hope.
I have never looked..does that make me weird?
Leighann, I showed the shoe pics to my wife and without giving her any background information, asked her which ones were worse.
She said, "I hate orange. But those other shoes are even worse."
